in-app purchase required

This may be a great app; but be advised, a person must pay either $39.99 (US) or $79.99 (US & CAN) in order to access any charts at all. It comes with none. I was looking for an informational reference for my area, so forty bucks seems a bit steep.
Note that “FREE" simply refers to the software to open and view the charts that must be purchased. (It does mention in the description -near the end- that charts are not included.)
